Miller Knight Welcomes New Additions to Senior Management Team
Miller Knight, one of the fastest growing construction companies in the East Midlands, has this month welcomed new additions to their senior management team.
The arrival of Chris Flint, Andrew Foster, and Jamie Braybrook: previously long-serving senior team members and high-level directors of regional construction giants, G F Tomlinson, sees the Nottinghamshire-based company add significant strength into its structure, with a plan to sustainably expand their service offerings within the regional construction market, where they are already quickly becoming a recognised name.
Miller Knight’s newly appointed Regeneration Director, Chris Flint commented:
“After meeting David and the other directors and visiting some of their sites, I was impressed by how the business was set up, the commitment of the staff, their collaborative working approach, and the quality of the projects they were turning out. It was also evident the directors had a clear vision for the future of Miller Knight and that they wanted me to be part of those plans.
“In the end it was a very easy decision. I’m delighted to have joined the Miller Knight team and I’m truly excited about using my experience and knowledge of the industry to support the company’s continued growth across both the public and private sectors.”
Miller Knight are primarily known for their specialist divisions dedicated to Remedial Fire Protection. However, over recent years they have steadily built their reputation as a multi-discipline principal contractor that is also capable of carrying out fast paced, complex, and sensitive regeneration and refurbishment projects across the Midlands and further afield.
To date, the company’s remarkable growth has been nothing short of extraordinary. With revenues set to double again for this upcoming financial year, they will be taking their place amongst some of the region’s biggest names; and will no doubt see them become one of the fastest growing construction companies of 2024.
Miller Knight Chief Executive, David Dickson commented;
“Businesses are all about people. Here at Miller Knight, we take pride in being a great place to work, we have a great culture, and we have built a fantastic team over the years – and that is the main driver behind our successes to date.
“Therefore, adding Chris, Andy, and Jamie to our team was an exciting opportunity for us. They are extremely experienced, will be great people to work alongside, and will only strengthen our capabilities. We feel honoured to be able to have the opportunity to work with them all, and are really looking forward to watching them settle in and helping us to continue to grow.”
The next few years will be exciting for the company, certainly seeing Miller Knight become an established and recognised regional contractor, carrying out local regeneration, and refurbishment projects, whilst further expanding their offering into the fire remediation market of large-scale complex fire safety projects nationally.
