Miller Knight were appointed by Centurion Finance to undertake fire remediation and fire door upgrade works at the Whitham Wharf apartment block in Lincoln.
We were appointed as principal contractor on the scheme, thereby ensuring the effective management of all the necessary construction works as a single point of contact.
Service provided:
- The sealing of all unprotected service penetrations / voids to compartment lines including the removal and reinstatement of existing ceilings.
- The replacement and adjustment of Fire Doors.
- The recording of all works carried out using Firetronic software.
- Maintaining effective liaison with the Management Company and the building residents at all times
- Management of the health and safety for all on site including subcontractors
- Management of all relevant CDM responsibilities along with the production of the Pre-construction and Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans and the Pre-construction Information required to satisfy all regulatory obligations.
