Sotheby’s are a British-founded multinational corporation and one of the largest brokers of fine and decorative art, jewellery, and collectables.
Located in the luxury lanes of Bond Street, London, Sotheby’s auction house is dedicated to showcasing the finest assortment of art, design, and luxury items, all available for immediate purchase.
SERVICES PROVIDED
To ensure the establishment aligned with building compliance and fire safety regulations, Miller Knight were appointed to survey and conduct remedial passive fire protection works at Sotheby’s auction house.
Scope of works included:
- Production of full survey, completed with photographs and marked up drawings.
- The sealing of all unprotected service penetrations and voids within the main corridor and service risers.
- The recording of all works carried out using our Firetronic software.
