PROJECT BACKGROUND

Telent Technology Services is a leading technology company and specialist in the design, build, support, and management of the UK’s critical digital infrastructure.

Telent required the modernisation and reconfiguration of their main distribution facility to create additional storage space.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Miller Knight were appointed as principal contractor, as part of a fast-track procurement.

Scope of works included:

• Asbestos, removal, demolition & full strip-out.
• Full M&E strip-out & reconfiguration to suit new layout.
• Installation of energy efficient LED lighting.
• Creation of additional office space.
• Installation of high bay racking.
• Resin finish to warehouse slabs.

ACHIEVEMENTS

The additional warehouse space now offers more than 2,600 pallet and 5,000 shelving locations.
